How long will my pre-order take?
When you pre-order with us, your pieces are made especially for you — which means they don’t ship straight away. Most pre-orders are ready to send within 12 weeks of purchase. Once they arrive at our warehouse, we’ll pack them up and have them on the way to you as quickly as possible.
Before you know it, it’ll be on your doorstep.

If I buy a pre-order item with an in-stock item, will they ship separately?
Nope — they’ll head out together in one happy parcel once your pre-order is ready to go. Sending everything at once means less packaging, fewer trips to your door, and helps us keep our flat-rate shipping for you.
If you’d like your in-stock goodies sooner, the easiest way is to place two separate orders — one for your pre-order and one for your ready-to-ship treasures. Already ordered and changed your mind? Pop us an email at customerservice@jerichoroadclothing.com.au and we’ll see what we can do. Extra shipping fees may apply.
Just a little timing reminder: Pre-orders can take up to 12 weeks from order date to delivery, with the exact timeframe always listed on the product page. Once everything in your order is ready, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and tracking link so you can stalk your parcel all the way to your doorstep.

If my pre-order is delayed, will I get a refund?
Pre-orders are the best way to secure something you love before it’s back in stock, but sometimes things take a little longer than planned. Delivery timeframes are estimates, and delays can happen due to production, shipping, or customs.
If that happens, we’ll keep you updated with new timelines and get your order to you as soon as possible. Refunds aren’t available for delays outside our control, but if we can’t fulfil your order at all, we’ll of course process a full refund.

Can I change, cancel, or return my pre-order?
Since pre-orders are made or reserved just for you, changes or cancellations need to happen quickly — please get in touch as soon as possible. Returns and exchanges are handled just like our regular orders, but if you have any questions, we’re here to help.
